Course Aims

This course is intended to provide delegates with an awareness of the principles of risk and how to manage risk affectively within the organisation.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course the delegates will: -

·         Be able to define what risk is

·         Be aware of the importance of risk management within a project/organisation

·         Be able to identify the risk and implement the treatment to reduce or remove the risk – risk framework

·         Be aware of the Health and Safety Legislation relating to Risk Management
