LOOKOUT/SITE WARDEN RECERTIFICATION

COURSE AIMS

This course is intended to provide a delegate with a re-assessment in his/her understanding of the duties of a Lookout/Site Warden.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this course the delegates will be: -
• Fully conversant with the duties of the Lookout in accordance with the Network Rail Track Safety Handbook RT 3170

COURSE DURATION

One Day, including the assessment process.

PRE-REQUISITES

Delegates MUST be in possession of: -
• Valid P.T .S. Certificate – endorsed LKT
• Valid Drug & Alcohol certificate (copy will be accepted providing it is signed by sponsor)
• Personal Track SAFETY Handbook or Rule Book

CERTIFICATION

On successful completion of written assessment the delegates’ Network Rail Sentinel Track Safety Card (endorsed LKT) will be updated for a period of TWO YEARS.
