Risk Management

Course Aims

This course is intended to provide delegates with an awareness of the principles of risk and how to manage risk effectively within the organisation.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course the delegates will: -

Be able to define what risk is

Be aware of the importance of risk management within a project/organisation

Be able to identify the risk and implement the treatment to reduce or remove the risk – risk framework

Be aware of the Health and Safety Legislation relating to Risk Management
