Vibration at Work

This course is intended to provide delegates with the ability to identify and control the risks from vibration at work.

At the end of this course the delegates will: -

Have a clear understanding of HAV’s and the hazards and effects

Be aware of the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations and their implications

Be able to identify sources of hand-arm vibration, the risks and ELV and EAV

Have a clear understanding of health surveillance and minimising risk

Half day.

There are no particular educational or competence pre-requisites for the course.

No PPE will be required for this course as it is classroom based.

A Certificate of Training will be awarded to the delegate on completion of the course.
