TTL specialise in management performance coaching; in particular Supervisor and Team Leader Coaching.

TTL have recently launched a new course ‘Getting the Balance Right’ aimed primarily at those who have supervisory responsibilities. The course builds on the skills already developed in such a way that both new and more experienced managers can benefit.
